Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Performance Assistant Manager to join our team at GOAT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing short and long-range objectives, overseeing related functions and activities within the QA department, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all Quality related activities, including QC training, process improvements, and compliance.
  • Create QC training content and conduct employee training on QC processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action on rejected orders, investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality, and identify and resolve problems relating to QC processes.
  • Develop and support a Quality Management System, monitor, evaluate, and report all Quality related activities, and conduct frequent reports on quality focus improvement projects.
  • Create tests for quality control measures and ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in QA management and evaluation, familiarity with data gathering and analysis, and SQL experience desired.
  • Supply chain management desired, ability to operate autonomously and self-direct, and ability to communicate effectively as a leader, both orally and in writing.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: May hire and train new staff or assist management with this process, coordinates and oversees the day-to-day workflow of subordinate staff in the department, and conducts or assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
