Manufacturing Technician

About the Role:
Adecco is seeking skilled Manufacturing Technicians for 3rd shift contract-to-hire roles with a high-tech manufacturer in Sturtevant, WI.
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging components, gaining hands-on experience in smart manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Precisely pick, place, and assemble small components.
- Read blueprints and install parts (relays, controllers).
- Inspect parts and ensure quality with engineering, quality, and shipping teams.
- Rotate through workstations and uphold safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Basic computer and measurement skills.
- Physically able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for 8+ hours.
- Adherence to PPE and safety protocols.
Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate: $18.00 - $19.80 per hour.
