Part-time, Every Other Weekend

Faith Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to join our team as a Hospice Response RN. This part-time position involves working every other weekend, providing crisis visits, patient visits, and admissions in the community and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visits patients in the community and hospitals, providing crisis support and care
  • Assists the care team at our inpatient hospice residence, Trillium Woods, when no community visits are needed
  • Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

  • RN licensure in Michigan
  • At least 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
  • Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
  • Passion for hospice nursing and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
