Job Overview:

DENSO International America, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base, focusing on high-value customers to ensure high satisfaction and revenue growth.

About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will travel extensively to prospect and close new sales opportunities while developing and implementing marketing and sales plans for assigned accounts. Your broad knowledge of organization policies, products, and services will enable you to possess strong negotiation skills, resolve complex situations, and anticipate customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops, modifies, and implements yearly marketing and sales plans for assigned accounts.
  • Provides a yearly forecast for each account and reports to department and product management.
  • Completes all assigned projects in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Maintains frequent communication with customers regarding account status, order or delivery issues, and provides information on new or redesigned products.
  • Reviews daily/monthly reports to watch for downward trends and addresses as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Excellent project management, written and verbal communication, customer service, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office Programs (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) is also required.
