Position Responsibilities

As a Sanitation Specialist, you will be responsible for performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks, including:
  • Dusting and damp mopping floors in designated areas.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including sinks, tubs, and commodes.
  • Daily sanitization of patient room furniture and common areas.
  • Proper disposal of waste and execution of other related duties as assigned.

Safety Protocols

You will be required to utilize protective equipment during all tasks and ensure the safe handling and mixing of cleaning solutions, adhering to all safety guidelines. Timely reporting of equipment or product needs to your supervisor is essential.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, the ability to follow both oral and written instructions, and the capacity to perform routine tasks consistently. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Candidates must be punctual, able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and comply with all COVID-19 vaccination policies as mandated by local regulations.
