About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Carolina Therapeutic Services Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to our patients, working closely with our therapists, care coordinators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary medical care services to patients, including physical exams, diagnostic testing, and medication management.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and billing reports.
  • Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct medication administration trainings and provide education to staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina (preferred).
  • One year of post-graduate experience in mental health/substance abuse/disorder treatment (preferred).
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems (preferred).
  • Valid unrestricted NC License and Active DEA License.
