Intake Coordinator

We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as an Access Representative in Avon, IN. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week.

The estimated salary for this role is around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

As an Access Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to consumers and other staff members.
• Performing essential office functions related to the admission process, including inquiry, virtual access, scheduling, and authorization/denial management.

You'll work closely with our clinical team to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and are proficient in Microsoft Office, we'd love to hear from you
