About the RoleThe Business Advisory Services (BAS) division provides strategic guidance to clients across various industries and business units. Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to deliver high-quality results
- Work independently under the guidance of senior team members to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex business issues and develop effective solutions
- Prepare high-quality deliverables for clients, adhering to firm standards and best practices
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications and Adobe to complete work assignments
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional ethics and integrity in all aspects of work
- Risk Services: Client risk assessments, process flow diagrams, and control testing
- Information Technology Risk Services: IT systems and application risk assessments
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Financial due diligence, transaction advisory services
- Litigation Support: Bankruptcy consulting, forensic accounting, economic damage calculations
- Valuation Services: Financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance
- Enterprise Resource Planning: Technology planning, software selection, and implementation
- Business Process Improvement: Process redesign, change management, and automation
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Information Technology)
- Coursework or minor in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Management, Consulting, and/or Supply Chain Management
- Plans to pursue professional licensure/certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, CFA, PMP)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent leadership potential, and dedication to meeting client needs
This is an in-person/hybrid position, with a typical schedule of 40 or more hours per week. Reduced hours may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Typical business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with a commitment to flexibility and work-life balance.
