We are a leading provider of fire protection solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our team. As a Fire Sprinkler Inspector, you will be responsible for performing inspections, testing, and maintenance/repair of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, and Deluge Sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA and State of Department of Health regulations.

Responsibilities

As a Fire Sprinkler Inspector, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing inspections, testing, and maintenance/repair of Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, and Deluge Sprinkler systems
  • Accurately documenting deficiencies found during inspections
  • Communicating with employees, employers, customers, and authorities having jurisdiction
  • Knowledge of fire pumps, backflows, and standpipes is a plus
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • NICET Level II certification
  • Five years of field experience with Wet, Dry, Pre-Action, and Deluge Sprinkler systems
  • Functional knowledge of Wet and Dry Sprinkler Systems
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability to stand or climb stairs and ladders for long periods
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds without assistance
  • Excellent customer service skills and good written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of fire pumps, backflows, and standpipes
  • NICET Level III certification
