We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at RSM US LLP. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, providing high-quality client service, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit engagements, including coordinating the auditing of financial statements and related disclosures.
- Assess risk and design audit procedures to ensure effective engagement execution.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their professional development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
- BS/BA degree in Accounting or equivalent degree.
- CPA or CA certification.
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in managing teams and developing staff.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and FASB/IFRS regulations.
RSM US LLP offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $86,500 - $163,900, and a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
