About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit engagements, including coordinating the auditing of financial statements and related disclosures.
  • Assess risk and design audit procedures to ensure effective engagement execution.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their professional development.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or equivalent degree.
  • CPA or CA certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit services.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in managing teams and developing staff.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS, and FASB/IFRS regulations.

RSM US LLP offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $86,500 - $163,900, and a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
