Job Title: Gymnastic Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Gymnastics Team Coach to join our team at UFC Gym. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering introductory and basic gymnastic instruction to our members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans that cater to the needs of our members.
  • Train and mentor new instructors to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Administer first aid and ensure the safety of our members and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the general public.
  • Maintain a clean and organized fitness floor and training spaces.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of gymnastic coaching experience.
  • Knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
  • Ability to adjust and operate all Gymnastic/Fitness Equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Certification from a recognized organization.
