Bakery Attendant/Barista

The World Equestrian Center is seeking a skilled Bakery Attendant/Barista to provide exceptional customer service and support our team in delivering a memorable experience for our guests.

• Customer Service: Assist all customers with purchases and other requests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Cash Handling: Implement and follow all cash handling procedures, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Inventory Management: Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise, maintaining an awareness of inventory levels.
• Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for guests.
• Cash Handling Experience: Previous experience with cash handling procedures and a Point of Sales system.
• Food and Beverage Knowledge: Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including coffee making and inventory management.
• Availability: Availability to work evening and weekend hours, with a flexible schedule.
