Requirements
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and team performance
    • Valid Property and Casualty License and insurance experience

    • Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
    • Experience with talent development and recruitment
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
