Position Overview:

We are in search of an experienced and dedicated Technical Lead to oversee the technical operations within our entertainment facilities.

The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality of all technical systems and equipment, contributing to a seamless operational flow and an exceptional guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Supervise the setup, upkeep, and repair of all technical apparatus and systems, including attractions, audio-visual gear, and venue lighting.

2. Formulate and execute preventive maintenance plans to guarantee peak performance and durability of equipment.
3. Diagnose technical problems and coordinate with external service providers for necessary repairs.

4. Work alongside the facilities manager to pinpoint and implement technological enhancements aimed at elevating guest satisfaction and operational productivity.

5. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards concerning technical systems and equipment.
6. Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance tasks, equipment inventories, and service agreements.

Qualifications:
1. Must be at least 18 years of age.

2. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or maintenance capacity, ideally within the entertainment or hospitality sectors.

3. Demonstrated experience in managing and troubleshooting intricate technical systems and equipment.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
5. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
6. Understanding of safety regulations and standards related to technical systems and equipment.
7. Familiarity with arcade machines, bowling equipment, and other entertainment center attractions is advantageous.
