Maintains kitchen work areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization of equipment and utensils.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sweeps and mops floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
  • Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
  • Removes trash and places it in designated containers, steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans as needed.
  • Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Assists with banquet table and front-of-house setup.
  • Loads or unloads and delivers supplies and product as required.
  • Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Complies with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
