About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day. As a Physical Therapist with NovaCare Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and directing treatment for patients who require physical therapy services. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine the need for physical therapy services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in physical therapy
Requirements
  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
