Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Rehab America. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping adults recover functional abilities and independence after surgery, injury, or medical crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic and prognostic tests to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide instruction on assistive devices and home exercise programs to promote patient independence and mobility.
- Participate in developing and revising the physician's plan of care to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Complete clinical/progress notes and documentation to maintain accurate patient records.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current Registered Physical Therapist License and State Driver's License.
- Auto Liability Insurance according to company policy.
