Job Title: Regional Quality Manager
Job Summary:
Magna is seeking a highly experienced Regional Quality Manager to support the development and implementation of strategies to improve performance through the use of data and standardization of key processes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering excellent products to the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality strategies based on best practices and failure data analysis
- Assist in the implementation and training of new quality initiatives
- Support Lessons Learned / Read Across for distribution and closed-loop verification
- Support Quality Director with quality meetings and customer meetings
- Provide quality-related training to divisional quality leads
- Ensure customer performance data is available on time for drill-down analysis
- Review results from IATF, MAFACT, CQI, VDA, etc. to propose training modules
- Participate in Mafact audits (Quality section)
- Review Corrective Action reports for complete root cause analysis
- Support divisions on resolution of critical quality issues
- Collaborate with other employees, managers, and teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in an automotive environment at a leadership level
- Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in computer use, including statistical techniques and methodologies
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
