Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology and Backend Lead to join our team at Quantinium. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the backend architecture for our mobile and web applications, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Your expertise in building backend systems and leading cross-functional teams will be invaluable in driving our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement the backend architecture and documentation for Quantinium's mobile and web applications.
- Lead the product development team, ensuring best practices and technical excellence.
- Champion technical innovation and productivity, driving the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Engage in coding, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure the reliability and performance of our systems.
- Identify and implement codebase standards and improvements to maintain a high level of technical excellence.
Qualifications:
- Extensive development experience with Go, with a strong background in database management using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale backend development.
- Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
