Lead Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team at Four Seasons. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktail recipes, training and mentoring bartending staff, overseeing inventory management and ordering, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Create unique and delicious cocktail recipes that showcase our brand's signature style
• Train and mentor bartending staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service
• Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure we have the right products and supplies on hand
