We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our SANE Services team at Billings Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, research, develop, conduct, and evaluate services and continuing education programs in collaboration with management.
  • Utilize expertise in all settings for the organization, establishing goals and priorities in accordance with patient care, staff needs, and organizational objectives.
  • Support and model behaviors consistent with Billings Clinic's mission, vision, values, code of business conduct, and service expectations.
  • Evaluate nursing practice and identify opportunities for modification to enhance professional practice, maintain/improve patient care, and remain fiscally sound.
  • Develop educational programs and collaborate with other healthcare providers to assure appropriateness of educational offerings for staff members and patients.
  • Serve as a resource and role model in implementation of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
  • Facilitate an empowered environment that recognizes and responds to staff's developmental and professional practice issues through mentoring, team building, resource identification, and networking.
  • Participate in the development or revision of policies and procedures and incorporate current research findings.
  • Demonstrate positive, supportive, and caring behaviors in communication with patients, families, visitors, physicians, staff, and others.
Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree in nursing required, but application may be considered if currently enrolled in a BSN program with a defined date of completion within 18 months of application.
  • Five years of experience in the area of expertise.
  • Healthcare Provider CPR certification required, job scope may require ACLS or levels of CPR certification.
  • Current Montana and/or Wyoming license as a Registered Nurse.
