Role Overview:

As a Family Therapy Specialist with Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, you will provide family therapy services to clients with MassHealth and Commercial insurance. Your goal will be to implement targeted interventions to improve family communication, problem-solving, and support.

Responsibilities:

* Provide family therapy services to clients in their homes
* Conduct clinical intakes, develop therapeutic goals, and engage with families
* Manage risk and safety planning, and collaborate with team members
* Complete necessary documentation and consult with the team regularly

Qualifications:

* Master's Degree in Counseling, Education (with a concentration in Mental Health Counseling/Expressive Arts), Expressive Therapies, Psychology, or Social Work
* At least one year of experience working with children
