Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Virginia. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
  • Collect and analyze data on client progress, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support clients' needs in various settings, including home and school environments.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to client care and treatment outcomes.
Requirements
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Hold an active licensure in the state of Virginia.
  • Strong team player and ability to lead.
  • A commitment to ethical practice in behavioral health services.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $ $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide major medical, dental, vision, 401k, and statutory sick pay where required.
