Montessori Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teacher Assistant in training. In this role, you will support our Lead Teachers in guiding children to be more independent and confident in their abilities while you begin the process of training to become a Lead Teacher yourself.

This is a great opportunity to start your career in Montessori and early childhood education, as many of our Guides in training ultimately grow to take on Lead Guide roles over time. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our community of educators who are passionate about fostering independence and developing competent, capable, action-oriented thinkers and change agents.

As a Teacher Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of our students, including lesson planning, classroom management, and student supervision. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Lead Teachers to develop your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with the development of young children
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset
• Willingness to grow and learn
• Valid negative TB test (in the last 12 months) or willingness to take prior to start date
• Valid CPR certification or willingness to become certified prior to start date
