KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role involves delivering high-quality, precise work that adheres to established standards and protocols. You are dedicated to producing flawless results in accordance with defined ISO procedures and operational guidelines, which are critical indicators of job performance.

  • Efficiently retrieve and package materials for dispatch to shipping, assembly, and production areas.
  • Comply with all packaging specifications.
  • Safely operate forklifts and order pickers at heights of up to 35 feet.
  • Organize and store merchandise in designated locations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist in managing the flow of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure Kanban accuracy.
  • Handle and transport heavy items.
  • Report any issues to the crew leader or supervisor.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the crew leader or supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Formal training in Lean Enterprise principles and methodologies; one year of experience in a lean warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written instructions and specifications.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Adaptability to changing conditions and job assignments.
  • Basic knowledge of products.
  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures related to customer deliveries.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must obtain and maintain a forklift operator's license.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
