Possess a sincere desire to work with the elderly, chronically ill, and disabled, and demonstrate a spirit of cooperation and enthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation and growth.
  • Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of medical, social, and psychological needs of residents, general nursing theory and practice, and infection prevention principles/methods. Ability to communicate well verbally with residents, families, and staff.
