Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our full-time benefits package includes individualized weekly compensation, medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a matching 401(K) plan.

Job Responsibilities

This paraprofessional role requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with disabilities and possess an Associate's degree.

  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with mild-moderate disabilities in academics.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement educational plans.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must:

  • Hold an Associate's degree or higher.
  • Have prior experience working with children with disabilities.
  • Be able to pass fingerprints, drug screen, and background check through credentialing.
About the Position

This is a full-time contract position requiring 37.5 hours of work per week. The position is located near Northfield, New Hampshire, and onsite presence is mandatory.
