Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Laborer to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Boston Metro MA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level performance of restoration services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Dedication to customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime as needed.
