About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Barber Instructor to join our team at the Milan Institute. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and teach students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching and mentoring students in the barber program, using a company-approved curriculum.
  • Preparing students for the State Board exam and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Participating in administrative tasks such as faculty meetings, grading, and student counseling.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current Barber license per state requirement.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the barber industry.
  • Prior teaching experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Computer skills necessary.
