Speech Language Therapist

Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy to students in a school setting. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized education programs (IEPs), and collaborating with teachers and parents to support student communication needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans and IEPs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
- Keep accurate and timely records of services provided.
- Attend IEP meetings and help set educational goals for students.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
