Job Summary

Form-Up Sitework LLC is a rapidly expanding civil earthwork company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects from start to finish. We offer a performance-based advancement opportunity in a fast-paced environment with excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall project scheduling and resources in Microsoft Project with Operations Manager input
  • Perform project start-up process on all new projects, including creating a job startup folder with project documents
  • Review and approve all contracts prior to signing and present comments to the CFO
  • Manage subcontractor, material, and rental equipment buyouts
  • Review and approve all bills on assigned projects
  • Manage product submittal process and process RFI's as necessary
  • Perform AlA invoicing on a monthly basis to all customers by their due dates
  • Review plan revisions/changes and produce Change Order Requests, maintain change order log on all projects, and resolve outstanding change orders
  • Process all T&M Slips into change order requests
  • Manage plan administration and issuance to field staff
  • Communicate plan revisions with the Operations team
  • Attend project meetings with clients as necessary
  • Facilitate jobs start-up/pre-construction meetings
  • Coordinate between Operations Manager and client on project schedule
  • Work directly with Operations Manager on resource requirements
  • Manage resolution of field errors and fixes
  • Update cost to complete on all jobs on a monthly basis

Job Requirements:

  • Construction Industry Experience: 5+ years
  • Project Management Experience: 5+ years
