As a Mental Health Technician, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct care and supervision to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
* Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans, focusing on relationship building and safety
* Supervise daily routines and responsibilities, providing support and guidance as needed
* Ensure a safe and secure environment, removing any dangers or threats to client welfare
* Participate in milieu management, using structured programming to promote positive behaviors
* Facilitate or co-facilitate daily programming activities, transitional meetings, and therapeutic groups
* Collaborate with the team to plan and implement individualized treatment plans and schedules
* Provide transportation, as needed, to and from school, activities, and appointments
* Distribute medications, ensuring compliance with all medication procedures

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Valid Driver's License required
* Must be at least 21 years of age
