Climate Control Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at ForceSource. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems according to design specifications and local codes.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for testing electrical components and ensuring system functionality.
- Weld and plumb components as necessary during installations or repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues in the field service environment.
- Ensure all installations are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC installation or related fields.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.
- Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings for system design.
- Proficiency in using tools required for installation and repair tasks, including welding equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
