Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Metro Atlanta Central. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our physical therapists, and contributing to the development of our clinical protocols.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent patient care, achieving good outcomes and ensuring patient satisfaction
* Treat patients, address their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes
* Supervise aides in providing modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients, and assist with general setup and cleanup duties
* Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals
* Determine when to discharge patients
* Write timely and accurate documentation, including discharges and daily progress notes
* Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, depending on referrals and patient type
* Help develop protocols for common diagnoses
* Participate in research studies supported by the clinic
* Continuously develop skills by attending company continuing education events and approved courses
Qualifications:
* Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant Degree
* Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license
