As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in nursing, including a current Massachusetts RN license and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in med/surg. Telemetry experience is preferred. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
