Electromechanical Technician I Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Technician I to join our team in Valley, Nebraska. As an Electromechanical Technician I, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment, including cranes, lathes, drills, presses, press brakes, shears, robots, tube mills, high-frequency induction equipment, distribution equipment, CNC, and NC equipment. You will also be required to perform minor electrical functions, such as installing and repairing lighting up to 110V, and assist with repair of welders, wire feeds, plasma cutters, and motors over 110V. In addition, you will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and assisting with installation of distribution equipment, following Arc Flash requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment
• Perform minor electrical functions, such as installing and repairing lighting up to 110V
• Assist with repair of welders, wire feeds, plasma cutters, and motors over 110V
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Assist with installation of distribution equipment, following Arc Flash requirements
• Climb and work at elevated heights of up to eighty feet
• Pass the written Electromechanical Technician 1 test with a minimum score of 69 and a level 1 hands-on test
