As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom and kitchen areas. Your duties will include washing and inspecting all dishware and glassware, storing clean utensils and dishes in their proper places, and maintaining the dish washing machine and dish room in a clean and operating condition. You will also be responsible for promptly reporting any malfunctions or breakdowns of equipment, sweeping and mopping the kitchen area and waitstaff station, and cleaning the filter over the stove area. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering ice to the dining room.
