We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Instructor to join our team at Amazon Services LLC. As a key member of our Machine Learning University (MLU), you will play a crucial role in fostering a community of ML practitioners who learn, apply, and advance ML knowledge.
Our mission is to develop educational programs and mechanisms that enable the tech community and engage scientists in teaching and mentoring others. With the recent advances in generative AI, we are looking for an instructor with deep knowledge of generative AI technology and proven experience applying it to solve concrete problems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality educational content on generative AI, including lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive curriculum that covers the latest advancements in generative AI.
- Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to ensure that our educational programs are up-to-date, practical, and engaging.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI and incorporate new knowledge and techniques into our educational programs.
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience building models for business application, with expertise in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- 2+ years of experience teaching technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience building Generative AI applications is highly desirable.
