We are seeking skilled Diesel Technicians to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Diesel Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diesel equipment and providing exceptional customer service.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and location.
About the Role:
This is a fast-paced position that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Diesel Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues, assisting customers with roadside services, and providing preventative maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components.
• Assist customers with roadside services, including tire changes, fuel deliveries, and other vehicle-related needs.
• Provide preventative maintenance services, such as oil changes, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks.
• Work closely with team members to ensure seamless customer service and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) not required but considered an asset.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts.
