Job Summary

At Sam's Club, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Manager to join our team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional member experiences, drive sales growth, and develop talent to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve member satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years' military experience
  • Environmental Compliance or related field, Retail profit and loss statement management experience, Supervisory experience, Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance
