Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrophysiology/Cath Lab Manager to join our team at Mercy Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the direction and management of our Electrophysiology and Catheterization Laboratories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient laboratory operations.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of departmental funds.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and laboratory performance.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure the highest level of competence and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families to ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of success in managing budgets, staff, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
