Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, dispensing medications, and promoting health and wellness in our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring timely and efficient service to our patients.
  • Counsel patients regarding health care and prescription medication needs, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Maintain confidential information and documentation, adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and optimal health outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
