Complimentary Hospitality Ambassador

**Job Overview**

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Complimentary AM Attendant to join our team at the Hyatt Place FW Hurst. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the hotel's complimentary breakfast area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Provide top-notch service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel-brand standards, guest expectations, and local area attractions.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass a responsible serving course (such as TIPS) as required by property.
• Familiarity with food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
• Basic knowledge of numerical operations and ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions.
