Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Stonespring of Dayton. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with daily hygiene activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help residents with positioning, turning, and transporting
  • Answer resident calls in a timely manner and observe, report, and respond to changes in resident conditions
  • Document care in resident's electronic medical record
  • Attend required in-services and educational events
  • Assist residents with daily meals
Requirements
  • Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing
  • Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) a plus
  • Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
  • Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care
