About the Role:

  • Maintain TN Cosmetology or Barber license.
  • Deliver high-quality haircuts while ensuring a positive and engaging experience for clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating professionalism and warmth in all interactions.
  • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment by multitasking effectively throughout the day.
  • Engage with kids and families in a fast-paced setting, providing a caring and patient approach, especially with active young children.
