Soar Autism Center is seeking a skilled Developmental Support Associate to join our interdisciplinary team in Tempe, Arizona.

With a focus on delivering exceptional care for children with autism and their families, we offer a comprehensive suite of services that foster growth and development. Our clinicians work closely with families to develop individualized therapy plans, setting ambitious goals that empower children to reach their full potential.

As a Developmental Support Associate, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide complete training for this position, making it an ideal entry-point for recent college graduates or individuals looking to start their career in child development.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience working with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity, and possesses strong computer and tablet literacy skills. You should also be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, which include sitting and standing frequently, shifting positions quickly, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
