Automotive Technician / Mechanic Requirements
- Proven experience in a dynamic, customer-focused setting

- Possession of personal hand tools
- Commitment to ongoing training as needed
- Fundamental understanding of general vehicle maintenance (Alignments, Oil changes, Flushes, Tire Services & Brake replacement)
- Experience with suspension repairs
- Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems
- Understanding of cooling systems
- Familiarity with exhaust systems
- Basic diagnostic skills
- ASE Certifications are advantageous
- Diagnosing vehicle issues promptly and accurately
- Executing repairs and conducting test drives for quality assurance
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
