Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Project Manager - Facilities Expert to join our team at TDIndustries. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of project managers and overseeing the successful delivery of large building projects in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing environment.

About the Role
This is a leadership position that requires strong organizational and leadership skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades, or employees.

Responsibilities
• Manage a team of project managers
• Oversee the delivery of large building projects in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing environment
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Manage conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades, or employees
• Develop policies and procedures for continuous aggressive improvement

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field preferred
• 15+ years of proven management experience with large building projects in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing environment
• Proven experience as facilities senior manager or relevant position
• Industrial plant and process operations experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.
