Job Title: B2B Outreach Specialist

At Vibrance Wealth Management, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team and expand our business growth.

Job Summary:

The B2B Outreach Specialist will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients and introducing our comprehensive retirement plan solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective business clients to introduce and promote our retirement plan solutions.
  • Identify and qualify leads through research and by understanding the needs and challenges of potential clients.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for our sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and communications in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Provide information and answer questions about our retirement plan services to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with decision-makers over the phone.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of retirement plans, such as 401(k) plans, a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
