Role Specifics

Minimum Qualifications
- Current RN License in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification for healthcare providers.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within five years of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of clinical RN experience specifically with Central Lines.
Physical Demands:
- Visual acuity to read information, labels, and assess patient needs.
- Frequent verbal communication with patients and care providers, especially in emergency situations.
- Manual dexterity for operating delicate equipment and frequent computer use.
- Ability to lift and move patients, as well as carry supplies and equipment of varying weights.
- Capability to assist with patient transportation and navigate busy environments.
- May require standing for extended periods.
